We're thrilled to make your FunzyToy experience as enjoyable as possible! If you happen to receive a damaged or faulty product, we're happy to accept returns. Just send it back to the FunzyToy office in unwashed, unused condition with the original tags and undamaged packaging for a Refund or Exchange.
- Product is delived to customer within 3-5 business days after placing order.
- Any concerns must be raised within 24 hours of delivery, accompanied by a short video and pictures emailed to support@funzytoy.com for a speedy resolution or contact us on official number via Whatsapp (+923317351894).
- However, Refund & Exchange requests based on personal preferences will not be entertained. Feel free to share any issues at support@funzytoy.com for our team to review your case.
- Expect your Refund/Exchange to be processed within 7 days if the received product differs from what you ordered on the website.
- Refunds will be credited directly to your bank account within 7 working days in case we were unable to fulfill your order and you've made an advance payment. Kindly share your bank details with us at support@funzytoy.com.
- Avoid putting tape or stickers on the manufacturer's box, and return the merchandise in its original condition to avoid any issues.
- If a product is returned in inadequate condition, we reserve the right to send it back to you.
- Refund requests will be processed within 7 working days after receiving and inspecting the returned products.
